Overview
Purefeedback collects only the data required to provide review collection and display features for Shopify stores. We do not sell personal data.
Data We Process
- Store information (shop domain, theme block settings)
- Review content submitted by customers
- Uploaded media (images and video) attached to reviews
How We Use Data
- Display reviews on your storefront
- Enable moderation and management in the app
- Improve reliability and performance of the app
Data Retention
You can delete review data at any time from the app. When the app is uninstalled, your data is retained unless you choose to delete it.
